Angie Ferretti is the Senior HR Manager at Resonance, an international development consulting firm headquartered in Burlington, VT. Her responsibilities at the firm include benefits administration, HR operations, HR compliance, talent management, and strategy development & implementation.
Before her time at Resonance, she held various HR positions at Fortune 500 companies. There, she gained experience in several aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee training, performance management, workforce planning, employee relations, and coaching.
Outside of work, Angie is a member of the VT HR Association and enjoys running, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, son, and rescue dog.
Angie holds a BA from Villanova University and is currently studying for her SPHR certification.
