Byron Radcliffe is the President & CEO of Equal Access International. He formerly served as President of Radcliffe Global Solutions, working with organizations to create solutions that address donor funding and operational challenges. Previously, he was Executive Vice President at The QED Group LLC where he focused on building bridges among all sectors in development drawing on 30 years of development and financial experience in for- and non-profits. Prior to joining The QED Group, he held several senior levels positions with development organizations leading their strategic business planning and cost departments. He has been actively involved in project implementation around the world and responsible for overseeing regional offices in Africa, Asia and Latin America. He has worked in education, health, energy, transportation and defense sectors. He is on the InsideNGO Advisory Council and was formerly on the Society for International Development, United States Chapter’s Board of Directors in Washington, D.C. and . He has a Master’s in international affairs from Washington University and a bachelor’s in finance from Central Missouri State University.
