Clare A. Ignatowski, Ph.D. is a cultural anthropologist, independent consultant, and Senior Advisor in Youth and Systems Thinking at Creative Associates International. In her at 12-year tenure at USAID, she was a principal author of the Agency’s first Youth in Development Policy, led the design of the YouthPower Project, and provided technical assistance to USAID Missions in over 20 countries. In 2018, she co-created with Bonnie Politz, the Youth Systems CollaborativeSM, a community of practice fostering learning around systems change efforts that improve sustainable outcomes for youth in low- and middle-income countries.
