Diane Lees is the Program Director Overseeing Strategic Programs, Implementation team in Kenya,Communication Management, and Private Sector Engagement for the Global Give Back Circle Programs. Prior to joining the Global Give Back Circle Diane spent over 25 years in private sector organizations in the technology sector. She held progressive leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Partnership Management, and Program Development and Delivery.
Diane is a longtime advocate for professional mentorship and has been a mentor to young women in West Pokot, Kenya since 2014, ultimately inspiring her passion for a life-changing career move in 2018. Diane is passionate about bringing hope, education, and empowerment to the next generation of girls and young women through the Global Give Back Circle. Partnerships are critical to achieving this faster, better and in a more thoughtful way Bringing together meaningful partnerships with private and public sector as well as the local community in support of economic empowerment through mentorship, education, and leadership development is a critical component of her role.
