Elizabeth Hatch, executive recruiter, works closely with foundation leadership and across human resources to develop and lead talent acquisition strategies designed to attract and hire a diverse workforce that unleashes the foundation’s human potential to catalyze impact.

Prior to joining the foundation in January 2012, she was a Senior Associate in the executive search industry. She worked closely with firm partners across all aspects of search assignment execution. Her experience extends to listed, unlisted and emerging companies covering a variety of industries. She brings a depth of international experience having identified and secured Managing Director, C-level and senior executive talent globally.

Elizabeth started her career in the United States in account management and human resource roles in global advertising environments and multi-national companies such as Aon Insurance. She started her executive search career in 2003, working within the global network Signium International in the United States and Australia.
