Elizabeth (Liz) Jordan is a Water and Sanitation Specialist in USAID’s Center for Water Security, Sanitation and Hygiene, where she focuses on supporting missions on WASH-related strategic planning and project design. At USAID, Liz also leads efforts to develop technical guidance, build capacity of USAID staff, and oversees WASH research activities. Liz has a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with an emphasis in civil systems and engineering in developing communities.
