A Look at Local and Public Administration Reform in Egypt

Join us for a discussion on democracy, governance and successful project implementation in Egypt. Dr. Khaled Zakaria Amin, Senior Advisor for Policy and Planning for AECOM's USAID/Egypt-funded Effective Planning and Services Project (EPSP) will share with us lessons learned and other information from his work in Local and Public Administration Reform.

Dr. Khaled has worked on AECOM-implemented D&G programs in Egypt for the past 10 years and holds a PhD in Public Administration with a focus in Public Administration Policy & Public Finance from New York University. In addition to his work on USAID-funded D&G programs in Egypt, Dr. Khaled has worked as a professor of Public Administration at Cairo University and a consultant on World Bank- and UNDP-funded programs focusing on Decentralization and Public Administration in Egypt and throughout the MENA region.

This event will be hosted by AECOM at 3101 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201. Refreshments will be provided by AECOM.
