Development with a Capital DEI: Exploring the Role of DEI in Successful International Development

SID-W's Race, Ethnicity, & Diversity and Inclusive Development Workgroups will host their first joint event on Thursday, October 21st, 9-10:30a ET. The virtual event will explore what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean to the international development community. Guest panelists from varying backgrounds will share their diverse experiences and concrete ideas on why DEI is uniquely integral to our work. Attendees are invited to engage with the discussion, while challenging their own internal thinking.

Registration will close at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, October 20th. Meeting details will be sent to all registered participants shortly thereafter.

This virtual event will take place from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM ET on Thursday, October 21st. After 8:30 AM ET on Thursday, October 21st, SID-W staff will be managing the event and may be unable to respond to last minute registration requests.
