Preparing the NexGen of Inclusive Development Professionals in a Changing World

The world is changing rapidly. From shifting political systems to the aftermath of COVID to the invention of new technologies and approaches and more awareness around the need to end systemic forms of bias throughout the aid sector- there are dramatic shifts in how we do our work. In addition, problematic paradigms need to be interrogated and examined to better and fine tune development practitioners approaches. Come listen to individual who have insights on what the next generation of inclusive development professionals need to prepare themselves for in the emerging worlds.
