(In-person Registration) Demystifying Digital Development Careers: A Panel Discussion for Early Career Professionals

Join us in-person on September 12 at 4PM ET for this event. If you would like to attend virtually, register here

Artificial intelligence and machine learning. Mis/disinformation. Cybersecurity. Social media. Digital literacy. As these buzzwords indicate, digital development is one of the newest and highest-profile frontiers of international development. However, landing your first job in digital development is not always easy, and the average digital development career path is not usually linear. Are you a recent grad or young professional interested in digital development, but not sure where to start? Have an international affairs degree, but want to build up your tech skills for a technology-focused international development career? This joint Young Professionals in Development Network (YPN)/Digital Development Workgroup discussion will feature young digital development professionals who possess a variety of technical skills (technology-related and otherwise) giving practical tips about jumpstarting your digital development career.

Registration will close at 4 PM ET on September 11, 2023. Meeting details will be sent to all registered participants shortly thereafter.

This event will be followed by an in-person Happy Hour on the rooftop of the SID-US office and will be sponsored by DAI and DevResults. Thank you to our sponsors!
