Ms. Glynnis Melnicove has over nine years of experience in Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) and Project Management for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), U.S. Department of State, Global Affairs Canada, and privately funded education, youth development, civil society strengthening, governance, and economic growth programs in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. She has experience designing research studies and assessments including developing methodologies, quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, analyzing large datasets, and synthesizing findings to inform program design. As a MEL Specialist for the American Institutes for Research (AIR), she provides technical guidance and support to a portfolio of programs, focusing on the development and integration of MEL and collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) approaches into program operations to facilitate the use of evidence for decision making. As the Strategic Learning Advisor for the Graduating to Resilience Activity, Ms. Melnicove collaborates with the team to identify opportunities to capture and utilize evidence and learning to inform and adapt Activity implementation in real-time. Ms. Melnicove has a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
