Hayley Niad is a Program Manager and Researcher with Inclusive Development Partners. She supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of inclusive education programming. This includes support to teachers and education systems actors in embedding a focus on UDL strategies in classroom settings with few material resources. Ms. Niad also supports IDP’s Multi-Country Study on Inclusive Education (MCSIE), USAID’s most concerted effort to date to build systems to ensure students with disabilities have access to quality education, and to understand what works to improve the quality of education for learners with disabilities. Ms. Niad holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education and is currently undertaking doctoral studies in Comparative and International Education, focused on inclusive pedagogy.
