Hisham Jabi is a senior expert in positive youth development, capacity building, workforce, program design and assessment in both private and public sectors. He has 21 years of experience in management and 14 years of experience in designing and managing youth interventions with emphasis on workforce, entrepreneurship, leadership, civic engagement, and monitoring and evaluation. Mr. Jabi is a seasoned trainer with extensive experience in conflict and post-conflict development contexts as well as organizational development and change management. Mr. Jabi has extensive experience in designing and implementing youth programs in conflict settings. He has designed and implemented positive youth development programs in Syria, Palestine, Libya, Qatar, Kuwait, Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan and Yemen. Mr. Jabi directed a USAID funded youth empowerment program in Palestine from 2004 to 2009 with emphasis on workforce, leadership and civic engagement.
