Jennifer Johnson works for Cell-Ed, a women-owned and women-led social enterprise that makes learning radically accessible through its mobile platform. Cell-Ed was developed to fill a global skills gap that is overwhelmingly female, and Jennifer will discuss how human-centered design in the Cell-Ed experience has resulted in designing to meet the needs of low-income women.  Prior to Cell-Ed Jennifer has worked for World Vision, Mercy Corps, Heifer International, the U.S. State Department’s Bureau for Population, Refugees and Migration and the Microsoft Corporation. Her consulting work included the Gates Foundation and UN organizations. Jennifer holds an MPA from the University of Washington.
