Krzysztof Szczęsny is the co-founder of Americans for Ukraine and the Director of the Modlinska Humanitarian Refugee Centre in Warsaw, Poland. Formerly a restaurant entrepreneur and producer of high-profile events, Krzysztof transformed an exposition center in Warsaw, Poland into one of the largest humanitarian aid centers in all of Europe in a matter of weeks. Through revolutionary international partnerships, Krzysztof is modernizing the approach to humanitarian response with innovative programs in education, employment, and resettlement. He has since become a leader in the movement to modernize humanitarian aid, has appeared on national television in Japan, Korea, and Portugal, and speaks throughout the United States with his nonprofit, Americans for Ukraine.
