Kyle McNally is the Digital Development Advisor for the USAID Mission in Rwanda, where he provides practical and actionable advice on how to increase the impact and mitigate the potential risks of USAID's digital investments in the country. He brings to this role over 20 years of experience building software tools, managing software development and implementation processes, and transforming organizations as they adopt and adapt to new and changing digital technology. He has been living and working in Rwanda for over ten years. Kyle earned his MS in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University and his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University.
