Larry D. Walker serves as the executive vice president for global strategy and development for Louis Berger. Mr. Walker leads vertical market and strategic practice integration across all Louis Berger operating companies. Other responsibilities include oversight for corporate risk management, acquisitions, platform/practice expansion efforts and strategic projects and pursuits.

Mr. Walker assumed this role after serving five years as the president of the Louis Berger Group operating company, where he played a central role in Louis Berger’s corporate transformation efforts between 2008 and 2013. Previously, he served as the firm’s group vice president responsible for stabilization and post-conflict reconstruction programs in support of USAID and the US and British militaries.

Mr. Walker served as the senior executive for Louis Berger overseeing the Company’s extensive reform program. This included implementation of 275 internal controls, a new Code of Business Conduct and the development of new anti-corruption controls. Mr. Walker has spoken on numerous panels discussing the Louis Berger reform journey and has presented to Asian Development Bank staff at the invitation of the Office of Anti-Corruption and Integrity on how a Company navigates through a comprehensive compliance reform program.
