Linda Wafi is an international development professional with over 15 years of managerial and technical expertise in education, positive youth development, and capacity building. Linda has managed a wide range of initiatives aimed to increase access of youth and marginalized groups to education and employment by creating systems that connect public institutions and the private sector with youth-serving organizations. Linda worked in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia, and has extensive experience working with field-based partners and grantees, particularly in designing and delivering institutional capacity building strategy, field-based youth assessments, labor market assessments and gender analyses. She currently serves as Sr. Project Director within the education team at Creative Associates, she holds a master’s degree in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training and is a native Arabic and French speaker.
