Lisa-Marie is a partner with the law firm of Rimon, P.C. and represents project sponsors, investment funds, issuers and other parties in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a broad range of financing transactions with bilateral/multilateral development finance institutions and other financial institutions. She is experienced in project finance, structured finance, commercial lending, export finance and equipment finance. Lisa-Marie focuses on financings and investments in emerging markets in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, and Asia. She also provides general corporate and ESG counseling to small and medium size companies. She previously practiced at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, and prior to law school was an investment associate with Prudential. Lisa-Marie received a B.A. in Economics from McGill University, and a MBA (Finance) from Rutgers University and a J.D from Columbia University and is admitted to practice law in New York and Washington, D.C.
