Luis Crouch

Luis Crouch is Vice President and Chief Technical Officer in RTI’s International Development Group. Luis is an economist, specializing in education reform, but who has also worked in demography and agriculture. He has previously worked at the World Bank and at the Global Partnership for Education. He has studied reforms and provided technical advice in South Africa, Egypt, Peru, and Indonesia.
