Martina Leinz is the Senior Director of Recruitment and Special Programs at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where she has been privileged to work with students who are truly committed to trying to make the world a better place for almost 16 years.
During her first decade at SAIS, Martina worked in Global Careers where she managed a variety of initiatives and established a professional development skills courses program. She joined the admissions team in 2016. She is responsible for both the recruiting of talented students from around the globe, and for the admissions processes for several mid-career master’s degree programs and two doctoral programs. She also manages the SAIS Public Service Fellows & Scholars program, a generous scholarship opportunity for those seeking careers in public service, including work in international development.
