Natasha Madorsky is a Project Manager at Dalberg Advisors, a global social impact strategy consultancy. She works with governments, foundations, nonprofits, multi-lateral organizations, and private sector companies to strengthen their strategy and programming. She has supported USAID on several engagements, including developing the ERS 4.0 report with the PSE Hub, conducting a study on the barriers facing women agricultural entrepreneurs for BFS, and several projects as part of the Global Health Supply Chain – Technical Assistance work in Tanzania and South Africa. Other recent work includes supporting a leading pharmaceutical company to refresh its global philanthropy strategy and bring a stronger focus on equity and addressing health disparities for key populations, and supporting the Rockefeller Foundation to design and launch its Pandemic Prevention Institute.  Natasha has also served as the Deputy for Dalberg Americas’ Gender Practice, working to coordinate and help drive internal learning and the development of external thought leadership and programming across the field of gender equity. Natasha is passionate about girls’ empowerment, and has worked extensively with the UN Foundation’s Girl Up campaign since its founding in 2010, serving as a member of its global youth advisory board and helping to design and facilitate the pilot of a flagship public-private partnership focused on STEAM enrichment for high school girls. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University in Near Eastern Studies.
