Mr. Nono Sumarsono is the Project Director of the SAFE Seas (Safeguarding against and Addressing Fishers’ Exploitation at Sea) project for Plan International. Mr. Sumarsono has over 19 years of experience developing, implementing and evaluatingprograms to prevent human trafficking and forced labor in the Asia-Pacific region. He has worked as public servant in the Indonesian government, and also worked for seven years with Unicef in Indonesia and Malaysia.
