Update on COVID-19 Science and Trends from an International Development Perspective

Join us for a session with a team of experts, including a CDC-trained epidemiologist, public health physician, microbiologist/virologist, and pediatrician, for an up-to-date review of COVID-19 as we all continue to navigate the pandemic and tackle obstacles on the road to recovery. We'll talk about:

  • Global and US trends 
  • Omicron and the view from Africa
  • COVID-19 vaccine updates
  • Contributions to the response

This 60-minute event will include a presentation and time for Q&A.

This virtual event will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET on Thursday, March 24th, 2022. After 10:30 AM ET on Thursday, March 24th, SID-W staff will be managing the event and may be unable to respond to last-minute registration requests.
