Please join fellow SID-US institutional members for a discussion with USAID's Ombudsman, Crista Wise, to hear about trends, best practices, updates on actions taken to address any concerns raised, and more. The primary purpose of the Acquisition and Assistance (A&A) Ombudsman is to ensure equitable treatment of all parties participating in USAID’s acquisition and assistance process. The A&A Ombudsman is the designated neutral Agency official responsible for managing internal and external complaints related to any phase of the procurement process. During our session, Crista and her team will answer any questions you may have. You can submit questions in advance by sending them to [email protected] before Friday, February 17, 2023 or you can ask them at the event. Please come with ideas and feedback for how the M/OAA Ombudsman can improve and help USAID partners with all you do.
