Sarah Schmidt

Sarah Schmidt is the Director for Latin America and Caribbean at Environmental Incentives. She provides leadership and oversight to development programming in the region, ensuring there is cross company collaboration, learning, and adapting to achieve effective environmental results and staff engagement. Ms. Schmidt also provides company wide support for change management and organizational development initiatives. Prior to this, Sarah served as Chief of Party for the USAID LEARN contract which focused on helping USAID staff integrate collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) approaches into the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs. Throughout her career Sarah has followed a path of engaging and developing teams to thrive and build creative solutions to complex issues.
