SID-Washington's Response to COVID-19

SID-Washington's Response to COVID-19

In an effort to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and keep our staff, members, and friends safe, all SID-Washington staff and interns are working remotely and all events are being offered virtually. As the neutral convener of international development organizations from all sectors, we recognize that it is more important now than ever to be able to share information and exchange ideas. Please see our events calendar to see what we have coming up and check our website for updates.

We want to gratefully acknowledge our Workgroup Co-Chairs and Board, many of whom have done an amazing job to pivot in-person events to a virtual setting. It has been inspiring to witness the creative ways that our community is coming together. Our small staff is nimble, agile, and ready to engage and connect with you and your colleagues. Although it's not business as usual, we are here for you and will continue to virtually convene the community to debate and discuss challenges, trends, innovations, and ideas in these unprecedented times.

Please email any of our team or with any comments, ideas, or questions at any time.

We hope you are all staying safe and well during these extremely trying times.

COVID-19 Resource Page

We have created a resource page to share relevant materials and information on COVID-19 for those working in international development. It includes resources shared by our members, USAID, and others. If you have any resources you would like us to share, or if you have any questions on this page, please email
