Yennie Tse is Associate Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) where she cultivates partnerships to improve education, financial inclusion and women’s economic empowerment.  She has over 12 years of domestic and international experience in government, nonprofits and multilateral development banks dedicated to serving underserved communities. 

Prior to joining MCC, Yennie led strategies to spur philanthropic and international partnerships, promote policy innovation, and increase aligned investments at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).  She was a 2011 Presidential Management Fellow at HUD.  Yennie has also consulted for the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank, and began her career working for U.S. Senator Bill Nelson as a Constituent Advocate.

Yennie holds a MBA from Rollins College, completed coursework for a M.A. in international development from George Washington University and received a B.A. in sociology from the University of Florida.
