Elisa is the Deputy Program Director for Feed the Future Partnering for Innovation, a USAID funded program focused on commercializing agricultural technologies and services for the benefit of smallholder farmers. In this role she oversees Partnering for Innovation’s private sector partnership portfolio, made of up 75 partnerships across 24 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. To date, these partnerships have invested more than $100 million to commercialize 133 technologies and management practices, which have benefited more than 1.7 million smallholder farmers.

Elisa holds a Masters of Public Administration from The George Washington University and a B.A. in International Business from Seattle University.
