Fiona Macaulay has 25 years as a leader in the global development sector. She is one of the pioneering voices at the nexus of social innovation and international development.
As the Founder-CEO of The WILD Network - Fiona supports people in the humanitarian and global development sectors to be impactful leaders, increase their influence, and build cultures of inclusive leadership.
Earlier in her career, in 1999, Fiona founded and for 18 years, was the CEO of Making Cents International, a for-profit social enterprise committed to creating economic opportunities for women and youth across 100+ countries.
In 2007, Fiona founded, and for a decade led, the Youth Economic Opportunities Network. She scaled it to be the world’s largest, sustained network of stakeholders working on youth workforce development, financial inclusion and enterprise creation.
In the academic world, Fiona’s an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where she advises social entrepreneurs across campus, and runs a popular MBA Leadership clinic.
