Innocent Cwinyai is the Deputy Chief of Party for the Graduating to Resilience Activity funded by USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. Prior to this role, he was the Senior Technical Advisor Graduation & Linkages. Innocent has over 14 years of experience in development, focusing on Child Protection, Human Rights, and Social Development. He has a range of technical expertise and experience in the areas of Graduation programs, Vulnerability Reduction, Economic Strengthening, Food Security and Nutrition, Case Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Grants Management, Capacity Building, Protection, Psychosocial Support, Youth and OVC programming, and HIV/AIDS. Innocent has a professional background in Social Work and Social Administration. He is one of the National Child Protection Master Trainers in Uganda.
