Kerry Bruce

Dr. Kerry Bruce is the CEO of North End Consulting and serves as a personal services contractor for the Millenium Challenge Corporation (MCC) as their Health, Nutrition and Health System Strengthening Director.  Prior to joining MCC, Dr. Bruce served as Bixal’s Vice President for International Programs. There, her work focused on monitoring, evaluation, learning and data analytics. She is a recognized global health expert and has managed large implementation projects on several continents. Kerry has been spearheading the use of big data in project design, monitoring and evaluation for the field. She is an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University’s International Health Department and teaches courses in Monitoring, Evaluation and Implementation Science. Kerry has served on the SID-US Board since 2017. She supported the development of the new SID-US Strategy and serves as Chair of the Communications Committee and as a member of the Strategic Planning Task Force. She actively represents organizations outside the Washington DC area.
