Monique Dolfing-Vogelenzang serves as Chief Operating Officer of the PharmAccess Group, a group of not-for-profit organizations with a digital agenda. PharmAccess is dedicated to the strengthening of health systems in sub-Saharan Africa and connecting people to better healthcare through mobile technology. At PharmAccess, Monique established the Medical Credit Fund, a USD 45 million social financing fund that provides loans to healthcare providers in Africa. Since 2016, Monique oversees all implementation activities of the Group, and is responsible for strategy development, fund and partner management. Prior to joining PharmAccess, Monique held a variety of senior management positions in the private sector, predominantly related to complex IT projects for large financial institutions. She holds a Master of Laws from the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
