Morgan Limo is a Foreign Service Officer with USAID, responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and monitoring and evaluation of U.S. foreign assistance programs spanning across all sectors including health, democracy and governance, education, and economic growth. She has experience across a variety of African contexts including Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, among others. She is passionate about supporting sustainable development outcomes, and is excited to do so in partnership with CWA. Morgan holds both a Bachelor's and Master’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC), and a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. She originally hails from Chicago, IL.
