Neena Joshi

Neena Joshi a development professional working in the field of community development for last 2 decades. She currently serves as Senior Director for Asia Programs at Heifer Project International and provides strategic, technical, and programmatic support related to cooperative development in Asia. She provided leadership in program development and management in Heifer Nepal and has also provided oversight to Heifer program development in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. She has been active in various research works relating to social capital, child nutrition and gender, and adapting them into impactful program designs and development approaches.
