Todd is a Private Sector Engagement Advisor in the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Hub. The PSE Hub sits within the Bureau for Development, Democracy, and Innovation (DDI) and is leading the Agency’s implementation of its Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Policy. The PSE Hub’s mission is to create the institutional conditions, operating infrastructure, and capacity necessary to expand engagement with the private sector in the United States and partner countries. 

Todd joined USAID in February 2019 as a Presidential Management Fellow. He has previously worked for the Department of Housing and Urban Development and as a Legislative Correspondent for a member of the U.S. Senate. He holds a Master of Public Affairs degree in international development and policy analysis from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of North Dakota.
